Your Design Team Manager can assist you in several ways, from formatting content to setting up e-mail accounts in Outlook, Outlook Express and Thunderbird. Further, if you are having problems viewing one of the pages in your website we can assist in settings that may affect your browsing experience.


ADW's Remote Access is a secure solution. The only person that can see your computer is your technician.

The connection features completely secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding, the same security standard used by HTTPS/SSL.

Once the technician logs off the connection and the session ends he cannot access it again unless you initiate the application again.

To start the session click on the image below:

  • If you are using Internet Explorer click on Run and click on Run again
  • If you are using Firefox click on Save and then double click on the downloaded application and click on Run

When the application opens tell the technician the Session ID and the Password
